Does anyone know of any place for teens to tutor other teens?

I'm 13 years old and in Honors Social and Humanities(High honors english course). I have all A's in my cles and love school. I want to be a tutor. I live in Syracuse New York and would like to tutor somewhere near here. In about a 10 mile radius. I'm trying to set up a tutoring center at my school but I don't think it's going to work. I don't think there are enough teachers to stay after. Please help. I've already posted flyers at my library and I've got somewhere I can tutor(They're letting me at my library) Please help!!

My rose bush isn't blooming...?

Some Rose bushes won't bud after the first year you plant them properly. Most rose bushes have been graphed together with another kind of rose bush. Why Green houses do this, not quite sure yet. But when you originally purchase a rose bush, the first set of blooms you may have and then no blooms after that. But, make sure that you cut off the first 5 leaf stem when you go to trim a rose bush during it's blooming season. The only time you trim back a bush is in the Spring time. Not in the Fall season. You can stunt it's growth or cause disease to set in if cut back too soon. You can also check out information out on the web on the proper way of cutting back your rose bushes. hiya theres a new samsung out at the moment called the e570, its gorgeous and i love using samsungs. they have a great user interface and i've always found them very reliable. if you google the e570, you should be able to get some more information, although its very new out. its no too expensive either. there's also a samsung lily which doesnt have such a good spec as the e570 but is equally as pretty, and you get a free bottle of perfume too :) definitely worth checking them both out!

Is clicking in my knee normal after ACL, MCL surgery?

This is my second ACL surgery and this time I had the cadaver done. I am approaching 2-3 months post surgery and have discovered awhile ago a clicking in my knee. I can make my knee click at any time I want to but it is when I sway side to side when it does this. Has anyone else have this happen to them? I am hoping this is scar tissue and will eventually go away but I don't want to have to redo the surgery...can anyone relate?

And when you're 15 you can apply for a work permit and start working in a grocery store or other type of small store and open up a bank account and start saving money that way. Anyone had to deal with your parents' disapproval?

It might sound weird that I care so much about my parents' feelings but I do. I am 30 years old and have been with my boyfriend for 13 years. Bird adoption??

The white cage for $377 is plenty big. I just love macaws. I used to go to the pet store just to love on their b&g. My husband woul kill me if I brought home another bird! Went to the rescue site and I also have a grey, nanday and jenday. The two conures can be LOUD, that's probably why they get turned in to rescues. I've finally convinced my parents to get my 9 year old golden a companion while the kids are at school and my parents at work. Can some body please give me some real answers about lung cancer?

My mother died from lung cancer last year(well it was lung cancer and spread to her brain, she never even smoked) so I don't know everything but I know some things. Also, I was having similar problems exactly like you and I am a 27 year old male. I asked for chest xray, which the hospital did (I dont have a doctor so I went to the emergency room one night when I started to panic thinking about things) and also got the ct scan on my abdomen (which cost about 7 grand so I would not do that if you dont think its that serious). I believe what I had was trapped gas or maybe a deficiency in fiber or from not eating healthy. I dont know which one, doctor said it was fiber just based on my symptoms and not based on blood tests or anything like that..said that my bowels were backed up and I was probably constipated inside because fiber helps break things down better..but I eat alot of vegetables so I dont think thats what it was, but I started taking fiber pills anyways, eating more balanced meals, and taking gas x. My pain was towards the bottom of the ribs, not near the heart or lungs. You say its under your ribs, but are you sure its even near the area where the lungs are? If they say its irritable bowel syndrome, that would be below the lungs..not the upper chest near the heart. If it was a lung problem, it would be in the upper chest, not where your intestines are. The doctor doesnt have to do an xray to tell if there is a lung problem. Putting the stethoscope on your back and listening to your breathing is enough to determine wether the lungs are involved or not. The doctor would hear wheezing or something else if it was the lungs. I dont trust doctors myself because many have been wrong about things in my life, so get a second opinion if thats possible and chest x rays arent like thousands of dollars so really push for it when you go there and explain how the other doctor wouldnt do it and they will be more willing to do it because they will see that you stopped going to him because he refused and you will not go to them anymore if they refuse too. My dad lived in Kentucky, which is a commonwealth state. He has a bad history with that state, and constantly bashes it and other commonwealth state. He says the laws are more "totalitarian" as i would put it, one particular law is that one can be arrested without having identification. I can understand that maybe he just had bad luck with the law. However i know that the Commonwealth status is just a remnant from older times, but does it affect their legal systems? in terms of laws and courts how do they, if they do, differ from "states"?

Are there any physically active teens with cerebral palsy, that don't have minor cases?

I have CP, but it's clearly noticeable when I walk, but I look completely normal when just sitting around, however I am able to play sports, such as tackle football, I just have poor balance and certain muscles in my lower body are weaker than others, my upper body was not effected by the CP, I've got more strength and hand-eye coordination than most kids in my school, which is a regular public school, CP also has no effect on my mental capacity, as I'm near the top of my cl in high school and am in several AP and honors cles, I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there like me, and where I could find this out, is my case rare, and how rare? He will not look after her in her own house, only in his own house as his farm is bigger. she wont live at his house adn he wont do any repairs on it. Shes huge stress on him and hes not able for it. So hes been hospitalised alot this past two yrs - stress from mum. Shes highly abusive. I love them both but they do not agree with my choice of partner although he gives me happiness. They think i should be married to a farmer now near them and have kids and be able to be at their beck and call. I do love them but i lived near them before and my life was hell. They wouldnt leave me alone for 20 mins i.e my mum. Anyway mum is now in a nursing home. Dad is not happy about it. He says i should live nearby. Last year, I tried to transfer to Bloomsburg University (since my current school is a terrible misfit). I only got about 2 state grants (my family's EFC was $0 on the FAFSA) which was nowhere near enough to cover the cost of their tuition. I found out that Bloomsburg (and many other universities) do not give scholarships to transfer applicants. Why is that? I like my job a lot, although it only pays min wage, but my boss never can seem to keep her promise on set hrs. by that, i mean for a couple of wks i get my full time hrs and the next part time. when i was hired she told me 35 to 40 hrs. I once had an education professor whose handwriting was so bad she had to fill out paperwork to get a computer to type everything in her doctorate cles. My suggestion to you is to talk to someone about getting an IEP (individualized Education Plan) to get yourself access to a keyboard during tests. It's really unfair that your grades should suffer just because your hand writing is poor.

Well considering that January is around 4 months away and you want to lose that much so fast. Will be hard to do, more than 10 pounds a mouth is a hard thing to do but for a quick fix to get those pounds off is eat lots of colors. Like oranges and green, and not the artificial things. Carrots and sweet potatoes are good along with fresh greens. Also drink as much water as you can, it is impossible to lose weight if you don't drink water. Exercise is never a bad thing but I don't like it very much either.
