How to lose 50 pounds by January?

Well considering that January is around 4 months away and you want to lose that much so fast. Will be hard to do, more than 10 pounds a mouth is a hard thing to do but for a quick fix to get those pounds off is eat lots of colors. Like oranges and green, and not the artificial things. Carrots and sweet potatoes are good along with fresh greens. Also drink as much water as you can, it is impossible to lose weight if you don't drink water. Exercise is never a bad thing but I don't like it very much either.
