Does anyone know of any place for teens to tutor other teens?

I'm 13 years old and in Honors Social and Humanities(High honors english course). I have all A's in my cles and love school. I want to be a tutor. I live in Syracuse New York and would like to tutor somewhere near here. In about a 10 mile radius. I'm trying to set up a tutoring center at my school but I don't think it's going to work. I don't think there are enough teachers to stay after. Please help. I've already posted flyers at my library and I've got somewhere I can tutor(They're letting me at my library) Please help!!
