Wht wont my audibles work on YM?

Okay, I have closed out YM, installed new version of Flash- checked to ensure I have installed it correctly. Went back to YM, it still says to download new version of Flash- I have the correct requirements to download it....uninstalled and reinstalled YM.....still no audibles!!! Please help!!!
