Lately it seems every time I partake in an activity I begin to space out and i loose the ability to concentrate. Every time i try NOT to space out, I get anxious and I space out even more. Its getting worse and worse every day. What should i do? Please don't post up any replies telling me to see a specialist and take medication I absolutely am NOT gonna go under any cirstance to see a psychiatrist to prescribe me pills for this
