How can I stop my horse from refuseing jumps?

My pony and I make a great team. we win all the jumping cles and has never refused a single jump with me at a show. But when were at our home barn he perfectly approaches the jump, then at the last second stops infront of the jump or swerves to the side. how can i stop this.
