Why is Michael Jackson's kids white?

So yeah, he had kids with Debbie and she's white. But did people forget that Michael is black? How can the kids be white? Are they even his? And with so many things surrounding him, why hasn't the cps approached him about the kids? They can't possibly have a normal life.
