I have been completed my 12th in 2009 with arts now can i do for my career?

in 2003 i completed my matriculation with bseb board patna wiith 64% after that i will study cbse patern start preparing for engineering but due hard labour icould not success.ican'tclear my 12 th also final'y in2009 imay able to complete my 12th but with arts stream so that now im in very cofution what can ido for my life.now im 25 year old.
