Ive got a swollen thingy on my finger... HELP?

so lets get started this swollen...dot thingy has been on my finger for such a long time.The first time i saw it was is yr 2 at school and i realised it was on the finger next to my pinkie finger and it was beneath the nail. no i started to realise it happened because of my writing grip. we saw a doctor and he said it was coz of my grip.But the pimple didnt hurt so we didnt worry about it so i just sticked to my own grip. Then after 5 years from then which is now i am in high school and i changed my grip to the orignal way which is the right way to hold it, but then the swollen thingy came on my middle finger( rude finger) and now i have to swollen dots on 2 fingers, the middle and i forgot its name... the one next to the pinkie. but anyways can somebody help me! IM DESPERATE! :)
