What on earth did I do now... I get messages from ''Tagged'?

Yes, it's true I have an email pal from India, he send me a friends request about a year ago to accept his friendship request at ''Tagged'' I put my photo up there and just mentioned my first name and that I live in Ontario, Canada... I never heard a word from ''tagged '' again.. and now every day I get messages from guys and also from women who have friendship requests.. and I get alerts ''Vera' please respond to your alerts.'' and some leave comments on there.. I guess I am naive I thought it was doing my indian email pal Ravi a favour to join there... now I get guys from Canada, and from every corner of the world and some females also.. practically at least 10 times a day.. I sometimes get strange invitations that someone clicked ''yes'' on my picture and they are in obscurity.. they just show up as a question mark and I delete them and besides, yes if that was an international friendship site.. then it's ok but I am not looking for meeting guys.. from Canada or Nepal or South Africa or Australia.. because I am married... what on earth did I do this time.. I seem to have a talent to get myself into ''though spots? When do I grow up? I am 46 and I just thought I know Ravi, we talked for 3 years on messenger, he asked me to join.. I did that.. put a photo up of me .. and heard nothing and the last 2 weeks I get messages I am being tagged around the clock? What is ''Tagged''? Oh females send me a hello ''Vera how are you today also and I don't know them'' not just guys..
