Can I force a Judge to review a case when I feel the other side has broken the law?

I am going through a divorce and have no attorney. I have had the judge replaced because the old judge allowed my ex to break the law. Is there a procedure where I can force the new judge to review the entire case for abnormalities and injustices like allowing my ex to break the law?
