Buffer solutions?

A buffer is a solution of a weak acid and a soluble salt of said acid. HI, HBr, and HCl are all strong acids (that is, they completely dissociate to H+ and X- when dissolved in water), and HF does not completely dissociate, because of the strength of the H-F bond. So 4) would make a buffer when dissolved in water.
