I need a good non-expensive shampoo and conditioner for my curly hair...?

I'm white and have naturally curly hair. I use to use Garnier Fructis but that dried out my hair. Then I tried Hairapy Captivating Curls from Sunsilk and that turned out bad. So I'm looking for something that will keep my hair from frizzing, will make it soft, smells good, etc. I want hair like the celebrities haha. So I need a good, cheap in price but not in value shampoo, conditioner, and product like a cream or serum. Any advise?
