A landscaper planted 3 evergreen trees last summer, I got a letter in the mail to remove the rope?
I got a letter in the mail to remove the rope from the burlap sack at the base of each tree. I cannot get to the twine to cut it. They planted it in a mound and the tree's leaves are right at the ground - what can I do?
