How come Rahm Emmanual whines about Tony on his yacht, but doesn't whine about Obama at the ball game?

Or Obama golfing. Or Obama hosting Paul McCartney and then laughing at his terribly insulting jokes, taking his girls on a shopping spree in NYC, etc.......the hypocrisy is mind blowing.
